Yvonne and I purchased our home on 705 South 30th, Lincoln, Nebraska in 1966. We have lived in this home since then and will continue until the end. This
home was built in 1924 and the home to the north was built by the same person. This home was built for around $6,000.00 and now has increased value to about
$200,000. They seem to call this inflation through the years of age. About five years ago, I placed vinyl siding on the home and placed trim around the window
and doors. The home has a 200 amp fuse system, new water copper pipe and a finished basement. The home contains a bath and one-half and has three bed
room upstairs. Through the years we enjoyed living at this location as it is about one mile east of the Nebraska State Capitol This home will go to our daughter
and son-in-law through a family trust. Currently we are the oldest couple in a two block street area. At one time we were the youngest in this two block area.
